Packaging & Delivery

Flat-pack transportation:
Plan A: One 20ft GP load 3 sets 20 feet container houses 
Plan B: One 40ft HC load 6-8 sets 20 feet container house or 3-4 sets 40 feet container house.

Installation Service

All stuff have been preinstalled in the container and you just need put it on site ,connect to electricity and water. 
Installation introduction / CD / installation drawing will be provided. Engineers and workers can be sent abroad for guidance and installation if needed.

1. Payment Terms 
Payment: 30% as deposit by T/T and the balance 70% paid on receipt copy of B/L. Or based on the customer request. 
2. The Delivery Time 
we can manufacture more than 100 units in one month , if you have need of big quantity the delivery time can be negotiate . 
3. Can You Offer Designing Service?
Yes, we have more than 20 design engineers. We could design full solution drawings as per your requirments. They use software: Auto CAD,PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures(Xsteel)V12.0.etc.
4. Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas?
Yes, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to surpervise installation on site overseas. Besides, We also have our own abroad guiding installation team consisting of more than 60 people.
