Container House office is designed and developed according to the standard size of shipping container. Transportation is designed in accordance with a standard ISO shipping container. The corner casting structure enables lifting capability utilizing a crane in the same manner as a standard ISO shipping container.It is of heatproof and waterproof. It is widely used as Site office, site living room,meeting room, dormitory, shop, toilet, storage, kitchen, shower room and so on. Light materialwithout overload, easy to pack and transport. The house can be assembled and disassembled morethan 6 times, and the service life is more than 20 years.

1). Are you a factory?
Yes, we are real factory supplier for over 10 years, own a super technical team to serve adjusting design for customers.

2). What's the material of your products?
The steel frame is 3.75mm profiled steel plate. Roof and base is made of steel frame with C steel for purlins, and insulation with rockwool.
The wall is sandwich panel, there are options include EPS foam panel, rockwool panel, fiber glass wool panel and PU/PIR foam panel.
Sub floor is 15mm MGO board/fiber cenemnt board; sub ceiling is 9mm OSB board.
flooring is 1.5mm vinyl sheet, ceiling is 12mm PVC ceiling plate.
Window is UPVC sliding window, there are options of aluminium shutter or just alumi blade.
Entrence door is high strength security door, partition door is SIP door.
Electricity is 220V,50-60Hz.
Plumbing&drainage: optional, we can provide if needed.

3). Can you supply container house with adjustable design to adapt customers' using requirment ?
Sure, we have strong technology team, are able to do adjustment design for customers according to users' requirment and the using environment. You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawings.

5).How to ship the house?
It will be flat packed and loaded into the 20ft/40HQ shipping container.
All panels are protected with PE film, and steel structure warped with woven belt. Accessories will be packed with paper box or plastic bags. Windows and doors will be packed with wooden box.
6). delivery time?
It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
7).Installation?
A: We will provide detailed illustration photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be borne by buyers.
